Shipping policy

It takes us about 1-2 business days to ship out orders. Please give us some time to fulfill your orders.

All shipments will be made during weekdays, Mondays through Fridays, excluding any major U.S. holidays.
Any orders placed during the weekend (Saturdays and Sundays) will be processed on the next business day.

Nope. Once an order is placed, orders cannot be changed.

We're really quick at packing your order - which means we can't make any changes once you've placed it. This includes changing the shipping option, shipping address, item size, payment, or canceling the order entirely.

However, if your order has shipped out and you realized that the address is wrong, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier to try to have the address changed or set up mail forwarding. Otherwise, the order will likely be returned to us.

If the order is returned to us, we cannot re-ship it, but we will issue a full refund. In the meantime, we recommend placing a new order while waiting on an order to be returned to us in case stock is low.

We ship all orders to everywhere, including P.O. Boxes and all military locations via their APO, FPO, and DPO addresses.

Any domestic orders over $99 come with free standard shipping! For orders less than $99, it will vary by weight of the package.

Returns and exchanges

If you're not satisfied with your order for any reason, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days.

Items are eligible for return if they are unworn, unwashed, and in the original condition it was received.

At this time, we only offer free returns for domestic orders within United States. All international returns (including Canadian and Mexican) will require the customer to pay for returns shipping via their favorite carrier to our HQ address below and we will process the return! Please include the order number inside the return box to make sure your return is processed properly.

After your return arrives at our warehouse, your refund will be processed in 5 business days or less. Depending on your banking institution, you should see your refund reflected back on your bank statement in 2-7 business days.
