If you believe that your item is flawed, and it's within 30 days of purchase, please contact us to request a replacement product, if available, or compensation for the full value of the product. Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of our Rich Cotton products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, the Guarantee is not available for Rich Cotton products purchased from unauthorized sellers. The Guarantee is also limited to the original, end-user purchaser for 30 days from the date of purchase.
How to Claim The Guarantee
For Rich Cotton Authorized Store Purchases, you will need to take your item back to the store you bought it from, with your purchase receipt.
To submit a Guarantee request for Rich Cotton Online Store Purchases, please contact us at richcottonusa.com/pages/contact-us and have your order number ready. If your request is approved, you will be instructed to mail your product to a claims processing location within the United States.
Please include reference to the name of the customer who submitted the Guarantee request within the materials you send to us. You must submit your Guarantee request within 30 days of the date of purchase. Please note that the customer is responsible for the costs in connection with mailing the product to the claims processing location.
Rich Cotton reserves the right to verify information, require a valid proof of purchase, and to deny Guarantee requests in its discretion in cases of suspected fraud or if customer has abused the Rich Cotton Satisfaction Guarantee.
